RP Name: Reaper Steam ID:STEAM_0:1:85948671 Age: 16 (soon about to be 17) Gender: Male Timezone: MST 2 hours behind EST Tell us why you'd like to be an administrator (6 sentences minimum): I would like to be a staff member because I see that there is not a lot of staff on this server and I would like to help out this community with me being a staff member. Since I have a lot of prior knowledge I would like to be a staff member so I could help out people and maybe help out other staff members that do not have the same knowledge as me of staff experience. Another reason I would like to be a staff member is because I like this server I may only have 1 week on this server but I like the hierarchy in RP and in staff. Also I would like to be a staff member due to me being able to help others and loving to help others out whenever I can. This server is new if as I was told and I know that starting a server is hard and finding players is the hardest part then keeping the players. In conclusion Being staff for me means that I can help out anyone that needs helping in a server or community, I also understand all the rules and I can get fired or removed at anytime for any reason. I consider myself mature in situations of me needing to be mature such as staff sits. I've been playing garry's mod for a long time and I know a lot of the commands (ULX). Do you have any previous staff experience?: A lot ex: Owner 1x Server, Co-Owner 2x Server, Staff Head 3x , Superadmin 1x , SeniorAdmin 1x ,Admin 3x , Senior Moderator 1x, Moderator 5x, Trial Moderator too many times too recall XD Do you have discord (This is a requirement): Yes Do you have a working mic? (Also a requirement): Yes What is the difference between a good staff member and a bad one?: A good staff member will stand up to a problem and be able to fix a problem without help and being able to form an idea without help of others. A bad staff member would be one that couldn't do his own sits by himself, he would abuse his ranks and use his powers to his advantage. Do you promise and understand that you cannot be biased in a sit? (Breaking this rule will result in major consequences, and the victim will be asked for information on this matter): I do. And understand I can get removed if I am biased. Do you promise not to abuse staff IF you earn it? (Abuse of staff powers will be dealt with accordingly by the Staff Director): I do. And understand I will be removed if I do abuse. Are you aware that the only server you may staff on if you are accepted is Optimum Networks? (If the Staff Director or the CEO finds out you lied, it will result in you being kicked and blacklisted temporarily): I do.
